Refund policy
We have a 30-day LIMITED return policy, for items that are broken, missing components, or parts. While we understand that some may look at their item and it has a "flaw", that flaw will not generate a return. Most times, the issue is easily resolved through the manufacture with a simple phone call or email. In fact, that process is generally faster than going through the process of contacting us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. So basically, don't put it in the cheapest box possible and send it back.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@jrs-toyworld.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Generally speaking, we will not do returns for boxes that have dings, scratches, or minor flaws. We do our absolute best to QC each item sent out, but mistakes can happen. But regardless, these issues will not constitute a return authorization.
FiGPiNs will not be processed for a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clarence items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. That way we can have your replacement out quicker than just waiting for us to receive it, then repackage it and send it back out
Cancellations
All cancellations imposed by the customer, or the result of fraudulent activity will be assessed 15% cancellation fee. This fee is waived if the company is unable to fulfill the order do to circumstances beyond the company's control
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You will NOT be refunded the original shipping amount charged. Just the item and associated taxes.
Fraud/ Fraudulent orders
We use the Shopify security system to help identify fraudulent orders. If an order is flagged as fraud (either MED or High-Risk level), we will contact you requesting additional information in order to process the order. You will have 24 hours to provide. If unable to provide information or refuse. Then your order will be cancelled and subjected to a 15% cancellation fee. This is non-negotiable. It is the responsibility of the card holder to ensure that they input the correct information and/or provide requested information. This can be avoided by using Shopify Payments or PayPal. They have their own protection process in place.
